The Town of Norman Wells Bylaw Division operates under the direction of the Director of Protective Services and in accordance with the town bylaws. The bylaws are primarily enforced to protect the general public’s quality of life and preserve the beauty and functionality of our town by using education to resolve most issues. Bylaw enforcement oversees property standards, animal control, authorization of business licenses and taxi permits, noise control, and more.
