Once a complete application package is submitted and applicable fees are paid, the application is reviewed under the authority of the Township’s Chief Building Official (CBO) in accordance with the Ontario Building Code Act.

The Township of Schreiber’s Chief Building Official (CBO) is responsible for administering and enforcing the Ontario Building Code Act and applicable building-related by-laws.
The CBO’s responsibilities include:
