The Town of Spanish has a by-law enforcement officer who handles concerns regarding stray or nuisance dogs or cats, within the Town Boundaries. The Town of Spanish requires all dogs and cats to be licensed. All renewals are due annually by February 15th. The purpose of this license is to ensure that, if found, your pet can be identified and returned to you safe and sound as soon as possible. The fees are as follows:
