Notice is hereby given that the above noted bylaws have been adopted by Council on May 25, 2026 and July 27, 2026 during the regular council meetings.

• The object of Bylaw 205 Building is to support the safe and coordinated development of new structures within the Town of Kentville.
• The object of Bylaw 207 Street Encroachment is to regulate encroachments and to enter into Licence Agreements with abutting property owners in relation to encroachments upon streets.

A copy of the adopted bylaws is located on the Town of Kentville website at https://kentville.ca/town-hall/bylaws-and-policies/list-bylaws and a copy is also available for inspection at Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville.

With the posting of this notice, the above noted bylaws are hereby in effect.
