• Order consenting to the Amendments to the Délı̨nę Final Self-Government Agreement (FSGA) in order to:
  1. reinstate the application of the tax exemption under section 87 of the Indian Act for Délı̨nę First Nation (DFN) Citizens who are registered under the Indian Act; and
  2. to correct eight administrative errors and omissions within the Agreement.
