Municipal Bylaws

The Rural Municipality of Gull Lake No. 139 maintains bylaws to provide clear rules, procedures, and services for residents, landowners, businesses, and visitors. These bylaws help guide municipal operations, land use, taxation, roads, public safety, animal control, planning, and other local matters.

For convenience, the bylaws have been organized below by subject area. This listing is intended to help users find bylaws by topic rather than searching only by bylaw number or year. Some bylaws may relate to more than one subject, but they have been placed under the category where they are most likely to be searched.

Official Bylaw Copies: The PDF version provided online is for public convenience. Some posted copies may not include signatures or seals. The official signed bylaw is available for viewing at the RM office.
