Central Frontenac operates two (2) landfill sites and one (1) transfer station for residents, all three sites are home to our household recycling depots and site staff are available with safe and educated recycling procedures.  Landfill Sites are the final resting place for non- recyclable garbage, requiring regular cover of soil to prevent garbage from attracting wildlife or blowing around as litter and minimize odors.

Without special treatment, the chemicals may pose a threat to our own health and the environment.

As of Thursday July 4th, 2019 the Township of South Frontenac will be accepting Household Hazardous waste from the residents of Central Frontenac. Residents are to deliver their items to the South Frontenac depot at no charge.
